Dividends

Byggma aims to pay out between 30% and 50% of the group’s net profit for the preceding fiscal year. Byggma’s dividend policy shall be shareholder friendly and is an important part of the groups strategy for optimising capital allocation. The decided dividend will among other things consider liquidity needs, planned capital expenditures and leverage. Surplus liquidity shall be paid back to the shareholders.
