o Legal basis: Fulfillment of the agreement
o Personal data that is stored: Name, telephone number, email and postal address
o Data retention period: We store your data for up to 50 years from the time you participate in the development project in order to meet standards and certification requirements within the construction industry, as well as to document this history in future development projects. We may retain your data for a longer period if you want us to keep this data for future needs and you have provided your consent to this.

• Ask our engineering or construction department technical questions
o Legal basis: Norwegian building standards, CE marking requirements
o Personal data that is stored: Name, telephone number, email and postal address
o Data retention period: We retain your data for up to 50 years from the time you contact us in order to meet the requirements in the Norwegian building standards and for CE marking, which require long-term documentation for products and services. We may store your data for longer if you want us to keep it for future orders/requests and you have provided your consent to this.

• Contact our marketing, sales or support department via email, telephone or our website
o Legal basis: Legitimate interests
o Personal data that is stored: Name, position, telephone number, email and postal address
o Data retention period: We retain your data for 24 months from the time you contact us. We may store your data for longer if you want us to keep it for future orders/requests and you have provided your consent to this. If technical advice is involved, your data may be retained for up to 50 years.

• Inquire about our products
o Legal basis: Fulfillment of the agreement
o Personal data that is stored: Name, telephone number, email, company name, postal address
o Data retention period: We retain your data for 24 months from the time you contact us. We may store your data for longer if you want us to keep it for future orders/requests and you have provided your consent to this.

• Sign an agreement with us regarding the delivery of products
o Legal basis: Fulfillment of the agreement
o Personal data that is stored: Name, telephone number, email and postal address
o Data retention period: We retain your data for as long as necessary in accordance with applicable law, such as accounting laws.

• Are one of our suppliers, or you are the contact person for one of our suppliers
o Legal basis: Fulfillment of the agreement, legitimate interests
o Personal data that is stored: Name, telephone number, email and company address
o Data retention period: We retain your data for up to 10 years.


5) How long do we store your personal data?
We store your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. In some cases, we may be required by law to retain your data for a longer period, or we may retain your data to safeguard our legal interests, such as in the case of a legal process.

6) With whom do we share the data?
