Conrad Lehne Drangsland has worked in Byggma since 2021 and been CFO since 2022. Before joining Byggma, he has held the positions as Head of Group Accounting in IDEX Biometrics ASA and Manager in PwC. He is certified as a state authorised auditor and holds a Master of Science in Business with a Major in Finance (with Honours) from BI Norwegian Business School (Siviløkonom), in addition to a Master in Professional Accountancy from NHH Norwegian School of Economics.
Henry Gundersen has worked in the Byggma group since 2007 and was group accounting manager and finance director at Huntonit as. Henry has previous experience as accounting manager at both Hunsfos and Ventelo, as well as financial manager in Sørlandets Elektro Engros as. He has a degree in civil economics from the Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
Roy Kenneth Grundetjern has been IT director in the group since 2008. He is also a board member of Forestia AS, Smartpanel As and Masonite Beams AB. In the period 2014 to 208, he was also CEO at Huntonit AS.
He has held management positions in both the private and public sectors. Roy Kenneth Grundetjern has a degree from the University of Oslo (Informatics), University of Agder (Engineer) and is studying for an MBA - Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Agder.
Richard Thompsen has been in Byggma Group for 20 years. Educated as Market economist and has a Bachelor in Marketing Economy.
He started at customer service center and after some time as Manager customer Service centre. The position was extended with responsibility for material managing. He started as Head of Logistics for Huntonit and Fibo-Trespo. In 2011 Richard acquired the position as Logistics Manager for the entire Byggma group.
Kjetil Askedal has been involved in Byggma since 2001 and a permanent employee since 2019.
He has 20 years of experience as a general manager in several IT companies with the main focus on the development and operation of ERP systems. Kjetil has been employed as an IT Advisor since 2019, and was appointed Director of Business Development in 2021. In addition, he is a board member of Uldal AS, Aneta Lighting AS and Aneta Lighting AB. He has a degree from the Microsoft Certification Program and has both Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) on his resume.
Marius has an engineering education in automation and robotics, and has worked for many years as general manager of a family business, with a strong focus on automation. In 2015, he was first hired as project manager for the construction of the Smart Board Productions factory in Fredrikstad, before continuing, after completion, in the role of technical manager of the same company. After Smartpanel was hit by bankruptcy in 2018, Byggma bought up the estate, and Marius took over as Managing Director of the new company.
Erlend has education in economics from UIS, logistics from UIO and a Master in Marketing from NMH / BI. Erlend has held several senior positions in sales and marketing before starting as Sales Director at Forestia in 2019.
Halvor C. Olsen has worked in Byggma Group since 1999, he has held the position of Sales Director exporting since 2008.
Halvor C. Olsen has previously worked in international sales for DNH AS, where he from 1994 to 1999, he worked DNHS branch office in France. Halvor C. Olsen has a degree in International Marketing at the Academy (BI) in Oslo and Superiur Ecole de Commerce in Grenoble and Nantes, France.
Atle became a CEO of Masonite Beams AB in 2012. He previously held positions as General Manager of Forestia (2011), CEO of Miras Multimaskin AS (1995-2011) and Engineer in Multimaskin AS (1993-1995). From 2020 he is also manager of Masonite Beams AS.
Has held various positions in Byggma Group since February 2000. Torunn been marketing manager since 2008. Previously she has worked in sales, marketing and store operations in various industries such as sports, clothing/fashion and consumables. Torunn has her education within marketing, finans and Interiordesign.
John Sæten has been in the Byggma Group since 1999, holds the position as Sales Director at Masonite and has held positions as District Manager, Kam and Sales Manager. John Sæten has previously run a builder's business and been 4 years at a building retailer in Oslo. John Sæten has a Bachelor of Construction, is a building surveyor and has executive education from the Armed Forces.
Kristian Hanssen started in Forestia AS in June 2018. He was promoted to CFO of Forestia in May 2021 and took up the position of CEO of Forestia in May 2022.
Kristian has a Bachelor's degree in auditing from the former HiH and later a master's degree in auditing and accounting at BI Norwegian School of Management. He has experience as a controller in Glommen Skog in Elverum and as an auditor at KPMG and Horwath Auditing.
Tore was educated in economics and IT. Tore started at Uldal AS in 1997 as CFO. In 2006 he became general manager of Scan Lamps and in 2008 became CEO of both companies within lighting in Byggma Group - Scan Lamps AS (Established in 1983) and Aneta AB (Established in 1947). In 2013, he also became CEO of Uldal AS.
In 2020 the two companies within lighting in Byggmagroup restructured for future growth and the companies were renamed Aneta Lighting AS and Aneta Lighting AB. Today, our product range is divided into two categories - Aneta Home and Aneta Professional.
Morten started as Marketing Director in Scan Lamps in 2008 and also became Marketing Director for Aneta Belysning in 2011. From 2001 to 2008 he was Country Manager for Massive Norway (became Philips in 07), 1999 to 2001 he was a salesman in Massive Norway and before this he was salesrep for Charles Pettersen / Sørlands Chips. Morten has a degree from BI Norwegian School of Management.
